Open-air cinema on Parade Square
The show is organised by Kinoteka. If the weather is not favourable, the screenings are not cancelled, but moved inside. In addition, deckchairs are provided on site. What's more, watching films is completely free of charge. Popcorn, nachos and drinks can be purchased. The screenings are scheduled for Tuesdays Thursdays and Saturdays and start at 20:30. Open-air cinema will run until 7 September.
Outdoor cinema at Chono Lulu Bistro&Bar
Every Tuesday at Five Sisters Park, in Warsaw's Ochota district, the Chono Lulu bar organises a open-air film screenings. Screenings start at 9 p.m. and include films by directors such as Danny Boyle, Wim Wenders, Vadim Perelman and James Watkins. The organiser stipulates that screenings may be cancelled in the event of rainy weather. The cinema will run until 17 September.
Open-air cinema at the John Paul II Thought Centre
Until 4 September, every Wednesday at 8 p.m., in the courtyard of the Kamienica Artystyczna at 11 Foksal St., the following events take place free film screenings as part of the third edition of the Summer Film Review 'Under the Common Sky'. As part of the event, productions from Vietnam, Ukraine, Belarus, India and Georgia will be screened. The Audiovisual Institute of the National Film Archive has opened the courtyard of its headquarters, at 3/5 Walbrzyska Street, in Warsaw's Mokotow district. You can watch there free film screenings as part of the cinema under a cloud. The screenings start every Thursday at 21:00 and take place using wireless headphones. Open-air cinema at the Warsaw Breweries
Every summer Sunday at 9pm, until 8 September, there are free screenings with classic and more recent films of Italian production.
