Unique limited-edition flavours are created in the ice cream parlour, such as fiordilatte premium with blue spirulina or matcha with yuzu custard sauce and sesame crunch. High-quality fruit and other natural ingredients are combined with meringues, cakes, crumbles and dacquoise, which are made in the studio's oven. So you can count on uncompromising freshness here. Among other things, you will eat very tasty natural sorbets at the ice cream parlour, which are made from only three ingredients (fruit, water and sugar) and are vegan and gluten-free.
