- 1 The controller shall process personal data respecting the following principles:
1) on a legal basis and in accordance with the law (legalism);
2) with integrity and honesty (reliability);
3) in a manner that is transparent to the data subject (transparency);
4) for specific purposes and not 'for stock' (minimisation);
5) no more than needed (adequacy);
6) with care for the accuracy of the data (correctness);
7) no longer than necessary (temporality);
8) ensuring adequate data security (security).
ยง3. Aims, legal basis and scope of data processing.
- We will process your data:
1) for contact purposes, in order to respond to your message sent to us directly by email or via the Social Media channel on the basis of the Administrator's legitimate interest in responding to you;

1) if you send us a message by email or social media channel then we will process the data that will be contained in that message. Providing us with data in this way is done voluntarily. You can ask us to delete this data at any time;
2) if you like a post, leave a comment, write, respond or otherwise join our social media profile (e.g. Facebook, Instagram) we will process your data that you have provided in the relevant medium and to which we will have access. In order to complete the processing, you can terminate your subscription to our profile;
3) Other data that we process is your IP address and other data stored in cookies. You decide to what extent we can use cookies with your data. Providing us with data in this way is done voluntarily. You can change your preferences at any time. You can do this in your browser or by deleting the stored cookies from our website;
