It is an excellent preparation for meditation and Sacred Unification rituals. It helps to strengthen and transmute sexual energy.
\nCobra Breath activates, unblocks, releases and balances the entire subtle system (chakras, nadis, marmas, granthis and talas). In addition, this practice supports the process of neurogenesis (the formation of new nerve cells) and activates the Golden Triangle (pineal, pituitary and sahasrara).
