Bogna Świątkowska: 'Conflict-related migrations are currently one of Europe's biggest problems. Karolina Grzywnowicz's installation recalls the events related to the shifting of Poland's borders, when more than half a million people were displaced from the Bieszczady, Beskid Niski, Beskid Sądecki, Przemyskie Foothills and Roztocze, but at the same time invites reflection on today's displaced people, refugees and emigrants - all of whom, in their desire for balance, have to find themselves in a new place."
