Our guest will be Joanna Klich, who will show the Philippines from the perspective of her eight years on the island of Palawan. The meeting will not only be a record of the journey, but also a story about the life of local people, their attempt to assimilate, find themselves in a new situation and understand the mechanisms operating in the world of the jungle. The natural and cultural richness of this region provides the traveller with inspiration for her graphic works. For she is not only a documentarian, but also a creator of new areas of art.
