In today's hectic, over-stimulated and stressful world, our bodies and minds often become victims of the hustle and bustle. Stress at work, responsibilities and omnipresent technology can lead to chronic tension, sleep problems. When our nervous system is in a constant state of arousal, it is difficult to find peace, relax and feel fully rested. Every ticket is a reclining seat, a soft cushion and a cuddly blanket!
We invite you on a relaxation journey with sound. The sound journey coming from the instruments, with its vibration and timbre, brings deep relaxation, soothes the nervous system, promotes regeneration, calms thoughts, relaxes. It is a moment for you to stop, take a deep breath and relax, give yourself time. I use a lot of instruments, I sing. Tibetan bowls and gong play the main role, you will also hear crystal bowls, bells, drums.
The bowls commonly referred to as Tibetan bowls generate vibrations of the same wavelength as brain waves during deep relaxation. The normal brainwave frequency during wakefulness is Beta. The sound of the bowls brings the participant's brainwave frequency to Alpha (relaxation) and Theta (deep relaxation, meditation, half-sleep, daydreaming). Participants often fall asleep during, meditate, and there are people who travel because the sounds evoke memories. It is a different experience for everyone, but they all have one thing in common, a deep relaxation and calming return to the self.
During the journey, participants lie on mats; all they need to do is dress in comfortable clothes that do not restrict movement or squeeze their stomachs.
