Parkrun is a free, regular, community-organised event where you can march, jog, run, volunteer or cheer.
Parkrun is an open initiative for everyone regardless of ability or fitness and there is no time limit. Everyone without exception is very welcome.
Parkrun meetings are organised over a distance of 5km every Saturday at 9am.

The route consists of two complete laps of the large loop and a smaller section of it. The large loop starts in the northern part of the park at the period lake and follows the main avenue towards Żwirki i Wigury Street. After a bend behind the Lolek Pub, it runs towards Niepodległości Avenue along the southern side of the park. Before Niepodległości Avenue, it turns left and by the National Library it returns to the main northern avenue of the park. The final section ends at the southern edge of the main period lake.
