During the opening of the exhibition 'Saint-Amand-Montrond - yesterday and today', it will be possible to admire the works of Jean-François Jarroux, a French artist from the twin town of Otwock. As part of international cooperation, his granddaughter, together with a delegation from France, will present 12 unique works depicting the changing landscape of picturesque Saint-Amand-Montrond.
At the exhibition you will be able to see a variety of artistic techniques:
- Watercolours - subtle and full of light
- Oil painting - masterfully conveying the depth of colour
- Ink drawings - full of precision and emotion
What's more, all the works on display will be available for sale!
The evening will feature a jazz concert performed by outstanding musicians:
- Boris Janczarski - saxophone
- Konrad Zemler - guitar
- Michał Jaros - double bass
Entrance tickets for the event are free and can be picked up at the theatre box office.
All art and jazz lovers are cordially invited to this extraordinary encounter with French culture!
