Classics on deckchairs Promenade concerts at the Museum of the Interior is the ninth season of chamber concerts with an attractive repertoire of classical, film and jazz music organised by the OtwArte Foundation for the Promotion of Culture at the Museum of the Interior in Otwock Wielki. The event includes recitals and chamber concerts with the participation of outstanding soloists and chamber musicians. We will hear works by legendary composers from the Baroque to the present day in the interpretation of both established artists, such as the Prima Vista String Quartet and bassoonist Grzegorz Dąbrowski, and young, award-winning virtuosos such as pianist Kacper Kukliński.

The theme of this year's edition is musical spaces in both emotional and performance contexts. Music allows us to express emotions, thoughts and also tell stories, creating specific spaces in our imagination. Musical spaces also refer to different elements such as harmonies, melodies, rhythms, creating a unique soundscape.

Classics on deckchairs aims to popularise high culture in a new, more accessible form. It is a unique opportunity to spend a summer afternoon in less formal conditions, where you can interact with high culture in a relaxed atmosphere on deckchairs or picnic blankets. Promenade concerts have a rich tradition worldwide, taking place outdoors during the summer on weekend afternoons. Due to the variety of musical genres and the universality of the message, the event is aimed at all age groups. Whole families are particularly encouraged to attend.
