"Workshop with Ciapur and Sebastian Kowalczyk - Your Acting Business Card - Key to the Roles".
Join us for a three-hour workshop that will prepare you to participate in the castings we organise in the gallery's art space. During the three-hour meeting you will learn concrete ideas, tips on where to look for castings and network with acting agencies, and how to build a portfolio and manage your online image.
The instructors will be your internet idols, influencers Sebastian Kowalczyk and Ciapur. The workshop is planned for up to 50 participants. We will work in sub-groups. You will leave the meeting with your acting business card, which will present your strengths. We will talk about what should be included in the ideal self-tape, or how to work with the camera and how to use facial expressions and diction.
Workshop programme:
*Introduction to the actor's business card
- What is an acting business card and why is it crucial?
- Discussion of the most common mistakes and good practice.
*Camera work
- How to look natural and confident in front of the camera,
- Vocal emission, diction and facial expression exercises,
- Techniques for building emotion in short scenes.
*Creating an actor's business card
- How to choose the right text for a presentation (monologue or dialogue),
- Attempts to record a business card including movement, glances and pauses,
- Sample recording session - analysis and corrections.

- List of verified casting portals and acting agencies,
- How to professionally prepare a casting application,
- Networking within the acting industry.

Dress comfortably, neatly and bring a water bottle, because it will be intense. In addition to the workshop work, there will of course be time to Meet&Greet with Evie and Ciapur, take a photo together, have a short chat. Bring a charged phone to help capture these wonderful moments
