Exhibition in the Westibul at the Interior Museum in Otwock Wielkie

The vestibule was originally a representative vestibule, accessed by a double staircase set up outside the building. Hence its very representative décor. It is one of the four rooms with original decoration, dating back to the construction of the palace at the end of the 17th century.

The walls are decorated, divided at the same time by semi-circular niches, supported by volute consoles and filled with figural sculptures representing mythological deities. They were made by contemporary sculptor Stanislaw Kulon.

Stanisław Kulon (born 26 August 1930), Polish sculptor. He practises monumental sculpture, ceramics and ceramics. Professor, lecturer, associated with the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. A long-time assistant of Ludwika Nitschowa.
The backgrounds are covered with a rough glossy plaster, which was obtained by mixing coarse sand, gypsum, crushed lime, greenish glass and crushed red granite. Above the niches and above the entrances, geometric fields of supraports originally filled with paintings remain.
