Airbourne is a hard rock band from Warrnambool in the Australian state of Victoria. Formed in 2003 by brothers Joel and Ryan O'Keeffe, the band have made a strong name for themselves in the rock scene with their energetic performances and uncompromising rock 'n' roll sound. The band's line-up is completed by Justin Street on bass and backing vocals and Jarrad Morrice on rhythm guitar.

In 2007, Airbourne burst onto the music scene with their debut album Runnin' Wild, which achieved silver album status in the UK and reached the top 30 of the Australian ARIA Albums Chart, as well as appearing on the US Billboard 200 and album charts in the UK, France, Austria and Switzerland. Their second album, No Guts. No Glory. was released in March 2010 and reached the top 20 in Australia, Austria, New Zealand, Finland, Greece, Sweden and Switzerland, as well as number 31 in the UK and the top 100 of the Billboard 200 in the US.

Their third studio album, Black Dog Barking (2013), reached number 17 in Australia and reached the top 20 in Austria, Finland, Germany, New Zealand, Sweden and Switzerland, as well as the top 100 in the UK, Spain, Norway and France. In October 2016, Airbourne released their fourth album Breakin' Outta Hell, which reached the top five in Austria, Germany and Switzerland, number nine in the UK and the top 20 in Australia.

With a strong catalogue of albums, Airbourne have established themselves as one of rock's leading bands, earning critical acclaim and a nomination for 'Album of the Year' at the Classic Rock Roll of Honour Awards. Known for their explosive live shows, Airbourne have earned a loyal fan base across the
world. They have played more than 1,100 shows since the band's formation, including at major festivals such as Wacken, Download, Hellfest, Rock am Ring and Rock im Park. Their constant touring has allowed them to share the stage with rock legends such as Iron Maiden, Motörhead and The Rolling Stones.

In 2017, Airbourne were awarded the Classic Rock Roll of Honour Award in the 'Best Live Band' category, confirming their reputation as masters of energetic live performance. Their dedication to the rock ethos and non-stop touring has cemented their status as modern day keepers of classic rock. Airbourne are not slowing down and continue their mission to deliver power-packed rock, keeping the spirit of rock 'n' roll alive for years to come.
