Wind Rose at the only headliner concert in Poland!
Tolkien-based powermetalists from Italy will play Progresja in the capital on 7 October. They will be supported by Orden Ogan and Angus McSix.
Wind Rose rots live and in the studio. This is evidenced not only by bangers like 'Fellows of the Hammer', but also by the musical and concert quality. Their Tolkien-inspired power metal with a folk core is sheer joy, and the emotionally charged and finely tuned setting of their performances is captivating in its precision. The group's latest album is 'Trollslayer'.
Orden Ogan have been practising the post-metal craft for nearly thirty years and they know their trade. As well as the ear-piercing anthemic nature of these solemn choruses, they also offer a trip into a fantasy world. We highly recommend their latest album, The Order of Fear.
Angus McSix is the project of Angus McFife, former vocalist of Gloryhammer. The signboard is new, but made up of deserving genre exits. There will be plenty of intergalactic battles and post-metal entertainment.
WIND ROSE (Italy) power metal:
In one of their songs they sing that 'we rise together' and this perfectly captures the atmosphere of their concerts. When you watch Winter Rose, you feel like you're in a great fantasy film, only instead of a classic film soundtrack you get phenomenal power metal embellished with folk and enriched with progressive elements. Isn't it beautiful?
ORDEN OGAN (Germany) power metal:
Germany's Orden Ogan also shoots top-quality power metal at the listener, where cleverly used pathos carries all the music, and it doesn't stop there. Folk, sometimes symphonic, and, well, heavy metal elements also add to the group's stylistic package.
ANGUS MCSIX (International) power metal, symphonic metal:
Look out, Angus McSix will take you into space and throw you into the vortex of star wars. This is symphonic power metal with no room for boredom, just battles, adventures and neon lights.
