Regi's credits include platinum and gold albums, an iconic collaboration with Method Man, and appearances in films and TV series (How High, Power Book II). His albums - Whut? Thee Album, Dare Iz a Darkside, Muddy Waters, Doc's Da Name 2000 - are all cornerstones of 90s rap, charted at the top of the Billboard 200 and Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums and are still considered classics of the genre today.

In duo with Method Man, he gained worldwide popularity with the albums Blackout! and Blackout! 2 and a legendary performance at the 2001 Super Bowl alongside Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg.
