Anyone who wants to experience body, breath and blissful relaxation in contact with nature is welcome. Classes will be suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.
Each week, on a Saturday morning at 9:30am, we will practise gentle yoga, in which we will focus on the connection between movement and breath, look for softness and relaxation in the body, and finally immerse ourselves in a long savasana relaxation.
Participation is free - all you need is comfortable clothing and a mat, blanket or towel for the grass.

The class will be led by Julia Krup, who is well known to you - a teacher of dynamic yoga in the style of vinyasa, yin yoga, pranayama, yoga nidra and mantra.
For Julia, yoga is a pathway to awareness and, on a daily basis, a moment to stop, be with herself and take care of herself.
In the event of rain, classes will be cancelled.
