The 17th Ursynów Run will start on 8 June. The fast, flat route along KEN avenue and the fantastic support offered by the inhabitants of Ursynów will certainly be conducive to breaking life records. However, the Ursynów Run is not only an event for ambitious runners who constantly push the limits of their abilities and break life records. The flat route with a small number of turns will also be friendly to those who are just beginning their adventure with running.

Running isn't just about the kilometres, it's about overcoming barriers and your own weaknesses while achieving your dream records. By overcoming your limits you can get to know yourself better. Every day is worth running, every kilometre can bring new challenges and new friendships. You are all warmly invited to try your hand at the Ursynów Run.

The START/META area will be in the neighbourhood of the Ursynów District Office, Al. KEN 61.

Distance: 5 km, route approved by PZLA

The route of the run is mapped out in the Ursynów district and runs entirely along KEN Avenue, the section of which, covered by the competition, will be closed to traffic for the duration of the run.

Surface: asphalt. The route will be marked with vertical signs every 1 kilometre

Time limit to complete the route: 45 minutes counting from the starter's shot

Participation fee until 1.06.2025:

PLN 30 - for participants who are at least 12 years old and under 18 on the day of the race (persons born on or after 9 June 2007)
PLN 55 - this price applies to competitors who are at least 18 years old and will not be 65 years old on the day of the race (by vintage)
PLN 30 - persons aged 65 and over (by vintage), i.e. persons born in 1960 and earlier
Adults 75 years or older (born in 1950 or earlier) - entry fee waived
